Okay, for those of you who don't know, we just recently bought and moved into a new house. We really weren't looking to buy a new house or anything but back in October or November (I don't really remember when) Gabe found a house on-line that he wanted to go look at. Since we were looking for something to do we went at looked at the house. It was a banked owned property for an awesome price. When the appraisal was done we instantly gained about $60,000 of equity as is. When we walked in we loved it. It needed some work, but that doesn't scare Gabe and I. We fixed up the house we just sold so we know how to do almost everything ourselves. Anyway, we got looking at numbers and realized we could actually afford this house so we put in an offer. The house was a bank owned property so it took FOREVER to hear from the bank. Finally after a lot of other problems and set backs they accepted our offer in February. So, we sold our old home, bought the new one, and moved in. We love our new home! It is so nice to have space for everyone! If anyone wants to come visit we now have room for you, just wait until the summer because the weather is crappy right now. The house is 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office with about 3200 square feet. It is quite the upgrade from 1400 square feet. Anyway, here are a few pictures. The house is actually in Airway Heights which is a bordering City to Spokane. It is a lot closer to the airport so Gabe's commute to work is just over 5 minutes. Mine is longer, but that is just the way it goes. Well, we love our new home and here are some pictures.
